Brundior Ziolkiol invoice due date calculator
The Brundior Ziolkiol tool works out the day an invoice becomes due for payment. Set the invoice date and choose the terms, and the due date is shown instantly.
The calculator works inside your browser and does not send the dates you enter.
How the due date is calculated
Payment terms normally run in calendar days from the day the invoice is dated. An invoice dated 1 March on Net 30 terms is therefore due on 31 March. The count includes weekends and public holidays, unless your contract sets a different rule.
Payment terms you will often see
- Due on receipt: payment falls due on the same day the invoice is dated.
- Net 7, Net 10, Net 15: payment is due 7, 10 or 15 days after the invoice date.
- Net 30: the customer pays within 30 days of the invoice date; it is a very common term.
- Net 45, Net 60, Net 90: longer terms, due 45, 60 or 90 days after the invoice date.
- EOM (end of month): the due date is the last calendar day of the month of the invoice.
- Net 30 EOM: count 30 days from the end of the invoice month to get the due date.
Businesses do not all use EOM terms in the same way; check what your agreement says.
When the due date falls on a weekend
Some companies move a Saturday or Sunday due date to the next working day. Tick the weekend option to move a Saturday or Sunday due date to the following Monday.
